Pune Metro Purple Line runs 16.59 km between PCMC Bhavan and Swargate across 14 stations, the city's north-south corridor through Pimpri-Chinchwad and central Pune.

From PCMC Bhavan, the Purple Line runs south through Sant Tukaram Nagar, Nashik Phata, and Kasarwadi, into Khadki and Shivaji Nagar, then reaches District Court Pune before continuing through Kasba Peth and Mahatma Phule Mandai to terminate at Swargate, Pune's major bus terminus. District Court Pune is the interchange with the Aqua Line.
